Product introduction: Laminated wood for electrical use is mostly made of Northeast birch, impregnated with insulating resin and hot laminated. It has moderate specific gravity, is easy to vacuum dry, has good compatibility with transformer oil, and is easy to machine. Its dielectric constant is close to that of transformer oil, and its insulation is reasonably matched. It can be used for a long time in transformer oil at 105°C. It is used to manufacture upper and lower pressure plates, lead brackets, iron yoke pads and other parts of oil-immersed transformers. It is used to make clamps in mutual inductors, replacing steel plates, insulating paperboards, epoxy paperboards, and epoxy glass cloth boards in these areas, thereby reducing the weight and material costs of transformers.
