1.Three leg core:Made of grain oriendted low loss electrolami nations insulated on both sides.
2.Resilient spacers:To insulate core and windings from mechanical vibrations,resulting in low noise emissions.
3.HV winding:Consisting of vacuum potted single foil type aluminum or copper coils.
4.LV winding:Made of copper or aluminum strip.Turns firmly glued together by means of insulating sheet wrapper material.
5.Insulation:Mixture of epoxy resin and quatrz powder.Makes the transformer maintenance free,moistureproof,tropicalized,flame resistant and self extinguishing.
6.Clamping frame and truck:Rollers can be swung around for lengthways or sideways travel.
7.LV terminals:
Normal arrangement:top,rear.
Special version:Bottom,available on request at extra charge.
8.HV terminals:Variable arrangerments,for optimal station design.HV tapping links on low voltage side for adjust ment to system conditions,reconnectable in deenergized state.

This dry type cast resin transformers rated capacity from 500~2500kVA.
Types of transformers are used to step down three-phase medium voltage to low voltage for power distribution or distribution transformer.
Cast resin dry type transformer transformers are mainly used in urban environments (public buildings, offices, distribution stations), but are also used in industry.

Three Phase Dry Type Transformer Core 

The core is beveled and stepped for maximum performance and minimal bulk.
After the magnetic steel is produced by the cutting machine, it is continuously cut into specific lengths by the automatic stacking machine, and then automatically stacked. The correct size is ensured during the entire stacking and assembly process to ensure the high quality of the product.

Dry Type Distribution Transformer Winding

The low voltage winding adopts the whole section of copper foil, which is wound on the special low-voltage foil winding machine with the F-grade insulation.
The foil coil solves the outstanding problems such as low voltage, high current coil winding, high short-circuit stress, unbalanced ampere turns, poor heat dissipation effect, windingspiral angle, unstable manual welding quality and so on.
At the same tim-e, the winding ends of our company aresealed with resin, cured and formed, moisture-proof and antifouling. The lead copper bar is automatically welded byargon arc welding.

Dry Type Power Transformer Accessories

All the accessories you need to customize our products to your needs.
The casing is made from bolts on a steel plate with removable panels for attachment and tape. Depending on the application and your requirements, the surface treatment can be galvanized, painted.
The design is optimized to ensure the required cooling of the transformer at all levels of protection. The enclosure can be shipped assembled on the transformer or flat packed for on-site assembly.

Product Feature

1.Passed UL certification, the coil adopts special technology to enhance its ability to resist salt spray and moisture, and improve operational reliability. all metal parts reach the
anti-corrosion level of C4 and above, and have strong adaptability to the offshore environment.
2.It has low loss, low noise, small size, light weight, no pollution, maintenance-free, flame retardant and fireproof, and can be installed in load centers to save investment costs.

Temperature control device:
The transformer adopts the BWDK series signal thermometer. The temperature measuring element is embedded in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, which can automatically detect and display the respective working temperature of the phase coil, and has the function of over temperature alarm and trip.
