Product material: polyester film substrate
Product process: This product is an insulating material in which modified special epoxy insulating resin is coated on electrical grade polyester film in a rhombus shape;
Product size: It can be cut into various strips with a width of more than 20 mm;
Product application: It is used for interlayer insulation in the gas or oil insulation system of dry-type transformers, current and voltage transformers, low-voltage coil (aluminum) foil wrapped liner insulation, and B, F class motors, electrical appliances slot insulation and interturn insulation, etc.;
Product introduction: DMD is an insulating material in which special modified epoxy resin is coated on DMD in a rhombus shape. It is used for interlayer insulation and turn insulation of oil-immersed power transformers. When used, the coating layer begins to melt at a certain temperature during the drying process of the coil, producing an adhesion effect. As the temperature rises, it begins to solidify, so that the adjacent layers of the winding are reliably bonded into a fixed unit. The bonding strength of the epoxy resin is sufficient to prevent the displacement of the layers of the winding during a short circuit, thereby ensuring the long-term mechanical and electrical properties of the insulation structure.
