Product Description
The Insulation Transformer Pressboard is manufactured from 100% high quality sulfated insulating wood pulp. without sizing or used fillers. This paper is highly refinded and cleaned to ensure uniform thickness and formation. It is allowed to exist for little Pinholes, Undispersed fiber bundles and Tiny defects if it doesn't effect to meet the safety requirements in the manufacturing and applications of transformers and cables.
Product material: Made of transformer paperboard as raw material, bonded and pressed with insulating glue.
Production process: The application of new processes and equipment avoids problems such as bubbles, delamination, embrittlement, etc. that may occur in laminates. The veneer made by steaming, peeling and drying is coated with special insulating glue and made under high temperature and high pressure.
Product introduction: The insulating paper tube is the supporting skeleton of the transformer winding, which plays the role of separating the oil channel between the coils; as part of the main insulation of the winding, it has sufficient mechanical strength and compressive strength. The company can process various insulating paper tubes and angle rings according to the drawing size, mainly used for the insulation of 110KV and above transformers.
