Product Description
110KV~220KV Power transformer
High pressure transformer ,use Japanese Toshiba analysis software and our company special calculation and validation procedure. In order to ensure the performance of product, we design and test to the transformer core, coil, the body of machine, lead wire, oil tank and other parts of machine.
Our product SSZ11-40000/110 has passed the short-circuit bearing capacity and all routine type tests of the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
This product has the characteristics of stability, economy, reliability and environmental protection, and is suitable for power plants, substations and large industrial, mining and petrochemical enterprises.

Oil immersed transformer ,use Japanese Toshiba analysis soft ware and our company special calculation and validation procedures to make sure the performance of products. Superior process equipment ,elaborate material selecting and efficient manufacturing make the transformer have small volume,light weight,low loss,low partial discharge,low noise characteristics.
The product is stable,reliable,economic, environmental protection.It can be applied to many places such as power plants,transformer substation ,large industrial mining and petrochemical enterprise and so on.
Advantage of materials
1.because we use oxygen-free copper lines of lower resistivity, which will become smoother and burr-free after series of additional surface treatment, so the load loss of our transformer is lower and the electric performance is better.
2.We use high-quality silicon-steel plates which are of lower unit loss, and no-load of the transformers is lower;
3.We use high-quality wooden laminating insulation pieces, which won't split or move even under the influence of short circuit;
4.We use thoroughly filtrated transformer oil containing less water ,gas and impurities, which makes our transformer work better;
5.We use high-quality rubber sealing material, which can prevent the transformers form aging or leakage;
6.All materials has passed the quality testing, and all the raw material factories has pass through the national standard ISO9000 inspection.
Advantage of technology
Temperature control device:
The transformer adopts the BWDK series signal thermometer. The temperature measuring element is embedded in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, which can automatically detect and display the respective working temperature of the phase coil, and has the function of over temperature alarm and trip.
