★Assembly

• Core and Coil Assembly: The windings are placed around the core, and the entire assembly is secured in place.
• Tank Assembly: The core-coil assembly is placed into the transformer tank, and connections are made for input and output terminals.
• Filling with Insulating Fluid: The tank is filled with an insulating fluid, typically mineral oil, to provide cooling and electrical insulation.

★Vacuum Drying

   The transformer is placed in a vacuum oven to remove any moisture trapped in the insulation and the insulating fluid. This step is crucial for ensuring the longevity and reliability of the transformer.


★Sealing and Painting

• Sealing: After vacuum drying, the tank is sealed to prevent any leakage of insulating fluid.
• Painting: The exterior of the transformer is painted to protect it from environmental factors like moisture, dust, and UV radiation.

★Testing

• Electrical Testing: The transformer undergoes various electrical tests, including voltage tests, insulation resistance tests, and short-circuit tests, to ensure it meets all specifications and standards.
