Oil Immersed Transformer Wiring Port:
High and low voltage wiring port with self locking nut.
Oil Level Measure Device:
Oil amount is clearly visble,red represents oil amount is
insufficient,blue represents normal.
Pressure Relief Valve:
Protect the oil tank from deformation or bursting.The water and air
outside the oil tank cannot enter the oil tank,and the inside of the
transformer will not be polluted by the air.
Off circuit Tap Changer:
It can be directly flxed on the cover or wall of the transformer,and can be tapped and replaced under no excitation state.
Gas Relay:
More sensitive sersing of changer in the internal gas of the transfomer to protect the transformer.
Oil Drain Valve:
Quick oil drain,reducing maintenance time,Convenient maintenance.

★Core Construction

★Winding Process

★Assembly
- Core and Coil Assembly: The windings are placed around the core, and the entire assembly is secured in place.
- Tank Assembly: The core-coil assembly is placed into the transformer tank, and connections are made for input and output terminals.
- Filling with Insulating Fluid: The tank is filled with an insulating fluid, typically mineral oil, to provide cooling and electrical insulation.
★Vacuum Drying
The transformer is placed in a vacuum oven to remove any moisture trapped in the insulation and the insulating fluid. This step is crucial for ensuring the longevity and reliability of the transformer.
★Sealing and Painting
- Sealing: After vacuum drying, the tank is sealed to prevent any leakage of insulating fluid.
- Painting: The exterior of the transformer is painted to protect it from environmental factors like moisture, dust, and UV radiation.
★Testing
- Electrical Testing: The transformer undergoes various electrical tests, including voltage tests, insulation resistance tests, and short-circuit tests, to ensure it meets all specifications and standards.
