Product Description

I. General Provisions

1. SVR line automatic voltage regulator is a device that ensures the stability of output voltage by tracking line voltage changes and automatically adjusting the device body ratio. It can automatically adjust the input voltage within the range of ±20%. It is particularly suitable for lines with large voltage fluctuations or large voltage drops. This feeder voltage regulator is installed in series in the middle and rear parts of 6kV, 10kV, and 35kV lines to adjust the line voltage within a certain range to ensure the user's power supply voltage and reduce line losses. In addition, the SVR feeder automatic voltage regulator is also suitable for substations where the main transformer does not have the ability to regulate voltage. This voltage regulator is installed on the outgoing side of the substation transformer to ensure the bus voltage on the outgoing side. It is widely used in the fields of rural power grids, urban power grids, oil fields, coal, chemical industry, substations, etc.

2. Main features

(1) The whole device has large capacity, low loss, small size, and is easy to install and maintain;

(2) It automatically adjusts the gear position of the three-phase on-load tap changer by tracking voltage changes, with reliable operation and high voltage adjustment accuracy;

(3) The voltage reference, action delay, allowable range, and number limit can be adjusted as needed, and the parameter setting is flexible and convenient;

(4) It displays the number of SVR on-load tap changer gear actions and the current gear, with the highest and lowest gear indications;

(5) It has gear upper and lower limit protection and action time limit functions, which effectively improves the reliability of the product;

(6) The controller has overvoltage drop and undervoltage protection functions. When the line is in overvoltage or undervoltage state, the controller automatically locks to ensure safe operation of the on-load tap changer

(7) The controller uses industrial-grade control chips with high reliability and strong anti-interference ability, and can adapt to harsh outdoor environments;

(8) It has an RS485 communication interface, and the controller parameters can be viewed and modified through the wireless communication module.

2. Acceptance Standards

The voltage at the installation point of the FSVR line automatic voltage regulator meets the national standard GB/T12325-2008 power supply voltage deviation standard: the absolute value of the positive and negative deviations of the power supply voltage of 35kV and above shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage; the allowable deviation of the three-phase power supply voltage of 20kV and below is ±7% of the rated voltage; the allowable deviation of the 220V single-phase power supply voltage is +7%, -10% of the rated voltage.
